Nuestro cuerpo tambi\u00e9n se hidrata a trav\u00e9s de lo que comemos y de c\u00f3mo nos relacionamos con nuestro entorno. Las frutas y verduras, por ejemplo, contienen un alto porcentaje de agua y aportan nutrientes esenciales que ayudan a mantener el equilibrio del organismo. Comer de forma consciente tambi\u00e9n es una manera de hidratarnos mejor. Adem\u00e1s, nuestros sentidos juegan un papel importante. Lo que vemos, tocamos, olemos, escuchamos y saboreamos influye en c\u00f3mo nos sentimos y en nuestro bienestar general. Aprender a hidratarnos de manera inteligente implica prestar atenci\u00f3n a todo esto. No se trata solo de cumplir con una cantidad de agua, sino de adoptar h\u00e1bitos que nutran el cuerpo de forma integral.
