Hoy hablaremos sobre c\u00f3mo convertir el cuidado emocional en una pr\u00e1ctica diaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muchas veces dejamos nuestra salud mental para despu\u00e9s, pero al igual que el cuerpo, necesita atenci\u00f3n constante. Un buen punto de partida es aprender a observar lo que pasa dentro de nosotros: reconocer sensaciones f\u00edsicas, identificar emociones y entender qu\u00e9 las provoca. Este proceso nos permite gestionarlas de manera m\u00e1s saludable, en lugar de ignorarlas o reprimirlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existen distintas formas de fortalecer nuestro bienestar.
